As is always the case in activities like this a release form filled out and signed by the participants and organizers is necessary for everyone’s protection.
Upon request, please click on the link below and print the release form on your local printer.
Read the release form carefully, fill out the required information, sign the form are return it to the club secretary. The secretary will take care of the rest of the information required to enact the release.
